Everything. The whole menu is 100% plant-based — no meat, dairy, or eggs anywhere in the kitchen, so there's nothing to accidentally get wrong.
Yes. Most bowls can be made gluten-free, and we keep a separate prep area. Tell the team when you order and they'll walk you through it.
Nope — oat, almond, and coconut are standard, and there's no upcharge. We figure milk shouldn't cost extra.
Most of it, yes. Bowls, wraps, and the juice bottles travel well. The smoothie bowls are really a dine-in thing — they melt fast.
We do. The cold-pressed bottles keep about three days refrigerated, and the green one sells out most afternoons.
