Stillwater Yoga is a fictional demo yoga studio in Abbotsford with warm, wood-floored practice rooms and classes from gentle yin to strong morning vinyasa. Every class name, price, review, and photo on this page is illustrative sample content.
“Walked in terrified as a total beginner and the teacher learned my name in one class. Six months later I'm a 6 am regular.”
— Alana W.
“The yin class on Thursday nights fixed my sleep. Dim room, warm blankets, zero judgment.”
— Sam O.
Beginner Foundations, honestly. It's built for people who've never touched a mat. Otherwise, any class marked 'all levels' — and tell the teacher it's your first time so they can keep an eye on you.
Comfortable clothes you can move in and a water bottle. We have mats, blocks, straps, and bolsters — all cleaned between classes.
For most classes you can just show up, but the popular ones (Saturday morning, weekday 6 am) do fill up. Booking online takes ten seconds and guarantees your spot.
Yes — free lot behind the building on Sumas Way, plus bike racks right by the front door.
Two change rooms and one shower. Most people change and head out, but the shower's there if you need it before work.
New to the studio? Seven days of unlimited classes for $39. Come every day or come twice — it's yours.
