About this event

The Big Gong Show Presented by Big Deal Comedy • Hosted by Tom Alban The comedy competition where the audience holds the power. Think you’re funny? Prove it. The Big Gong Show throws a line-up of comedians onto the stage with one simple mission: make the audience laugh — or get gonged. Expect one-liners, big stories, ridiculous characters, questionable decisions and the occasional moment of absolute chaos. Every comedian has a limited amount of time to win over the room, but if the audience isn't feeling it, there's only one way the set can end... GONG! 🔔 And once the gong sounds, that's it. No appeals. No second chances. No hiding behind the curtain. 🏆 Survive. Advance. Win £100. The comedians who make it through the early rounds will battle it out to become The Big Gong Show Champion — and take home the £100 cash prize. Some will smash it. Some will scrape through. Some will be gonged off spectacularly. You decide who survives. Hosted by Tom Alban Keeping the chaos under control (or at least attempting to) is comedian Tom Alban, who will guide the audience through an evening of brutal comedy decisions, unexpected moments and some very questionable performances. 🍻 A comedy night with a difference Whether you're a comedy obsessive, looking for a fun night out, or simply enjoy watching people put themselves through unnecessary levels of pressure for your entertainment, The Big Gong Show is guaranteed to be unpredictable. Come along, grab a drink, get involved and help decide who stays and who gets the gong. Who will smash it? Who will crash out? Who will hear the dreaded GONG? There's only one way to find out. The Big Gong Show. You decide.
