These terms govern your use of the Dayfari app and dayfari.com (the "Service"), provided by Dayfari ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
Dayfari helps you discover local events, free things to do, and stops along road trips. Event listings come from third-party providers such as Ticketmaster.
Event details — dates, times, prices, availability, venues — are provided by third parties and can change or contain errors. Always verify details with the venue or organizer before making plans or traveling. We are not responsible for cancelled, rescheduled, sold-out, or misdescribed events, or for tickets purchased through third-party links.
You agree not to misuse the Service: no scraping or bulk harvesting of event data, no attempts to disrupt the Service, and no unlawful use. We may limit or suspend access for abuse.
Dayfari Premium is sold through Google Play as a subscription. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Google Play under its own terms. Premium features are as described in the app at the time of purchase.
Photos and notes you add stay on your device. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to keep and use anything you add.
The Dayfari name, logo, app, and website design are our property. Event data, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
You attend events and travel at your own risk. Use your own judgment about venues, routes, and conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dayfari is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
