About this event

Harding’s songs rarely have straightforward sequences, and listening to them can induce disorienting headspaces all their own, but she doesn’t need plot to make the stories feel alive; her delivery renders half the image. — The New Yorker Award-winning indie-folk artist Aldous Harding —renowned for her haunting presence and enigmatic style of songwriting—is heading back on the road to celebrate her fifth studio album, Train on the Island. Following a compelling performance at Panama Festival in 2020, the cryptic Kiwi storyteller is heading to Odeon for a rare, Tasmanian exclusive show. With a reputation for fascinating, shape-shifting live performances that blur the line between theatre and song, this is a chance to witness one of contemporary music’s most singular voices in an intimate theatre setting. With support from Liam Snowy Halliwell .
