Halloween events in Amsterdam
Amsterdam does Halloween properly: haunted houses that actually scare you, pumpkin patches worth the drive, and trick-or-treat streets the kids talk about all year. Here's what's on — confirmed dates first, then the annual traditions to watch for.

CHECK TIME SCHEDULE AT www.melkweg.nl Access to this event works entirely via your smartphone. You can find your tickets in the Ticketmaster app and your online account. Because the barcode constantly updates, a screenshot or photo of the barcode will not work for entry.
For easy access, you can add your tickets to your phone's wallet so you can simply tap them at the entrance. If you want to give your tickets to someone else or resell them safely, please use the official 'transfer' and 'resale' features in your Ticketmaster account to ensure the recipient receives a valid ticket with a new barcode.

Good to know
- Haunted houses sell out on the last two weekends — book ahead, don't walk up.
- Pumpkin patches are best on weekday mornings: smaller crowds, better light for photos.
- Bring cash for the farm stands; card readers and corn mazes don't always mix.
- Check age guidance before bringing small kids to a haunt — 'family fright nights' are the gentler pick.
