Halloween Spooktacular

The College of Arts & Sciences and the Student Activities Council host a Halloween Spooktacular at the UH Hilo Campus Center - a costumed, family-friendly celebration on the Friday before Halloween, posted on the university's official events calendar.
The Haunted Palace

An immersive haunted-house attraction with 20+ scare zones throughout the theater and grounds — Cabinet of Curiosities, Labyrinth of Shadows, the Spider Queen's web, and more. Not recommended for children 12 and under; features strobe effects, loud sounds, fog, and tight spaces.
A fundraiser for the Friends of the Palace Theater; proceeds support the theater's ongoing restoration. Doors open 7pm each night; event runs 7–10pm.
