Common questions
What's on in Halifax this weekend?
73 events are on in Halifax between Fri, Oct 9 – Sun, Oct 11, 2026 — the full list is on this page, day by day, taken from the town's own event feed.
Is anything free in Halifax this weekend?
Nothing in the feed is listed as free this weekend. Plenty is still cheap — and the town board keeps a standing free-things section.
When does this page update?
Every time the town's feed does — organisers post through the week, and the page is rebuilt on the publisher's schedule so it never shows a weekend that's already over. The window rolls to the next weekend every Monday.
