The honest limits
There is no cinema (the Ridge Cinema Lounge is permanently closed, and this guide prints it only as closed), no late strip, and no festival night in autumn -- Ridgefest and the Siege are summer past, and the Friendship Festival is defunct. Buffalo after dark is a border trip with a return crossing, labelled as Buffalo's. What Fort Erie offers instead is rarer: a fort, a circuit, a rink and two villages that light up on dates.
